凌晨2时35分，百色市右江区消防大队闻警出动，迅速调集1辆抢险救援车及6名消防队员，赶到百色市江滨路那毕大桥附近救援。消防队员沿江滨路一带的堤坝走到事发现场河边，借助江滨路的照明灯仔细观察发现，在那毕大桥右江河下游岸边距河中心约50米远，一赤身男子怀里紧紧抱着一女子站在河床中，河水淹过了两人的胸口，湍急的河水一旁流过，被困河中的男子，见岸边有人围观，不时发出“快来救我”的呼喊声。
消防指挥员根据现场情况，命令3名会水性的消防队员穿上救生衣，携带上救生绳和救生衣，下河救人。由于河水湍急，加上消防队员身上穿有救生衣，水的阻力较大，没等消防队员游近被困男女，河流就将消防队员冲到了水的下游，第一次营救行动失败。之后，消防队员由救援原地沿着河边朝那毕大桥方向，前走了十多米远，再下到河中游水救人，也还是因同样的原因营救行动未能成功。凌晨3时15分，消防队员展开了第三次营救行动。这次3名消防队员下到河里后，沿流速较缓的河边往上游了一段距离，接近那毕大桥桥墩不远后，再往河中心方向泅水，终于空气呼吸器 救生衣灯

据被救男子口述，他们都是百色市右江区那毕大桥附近的村民，因凌晨自己还在外跟一帮朋友喝酒，其妻劝回未果，心情不好便赌气从几十米高的大桥上跳下轻生，自己爱妻心切，只好跳桥救人。当时妻子不会游泳，自己也喝了不少酒，加上水急，现在想起来有点后怕，幸好水中有块礁石落脚，不然很危险。

　　当ERP项目刚上上线的时候，微软的盗版运动展开了，先在各个国有企业发标。现在同学这家企业就面临着这种困境，要么就是花肥昂贵的软件授权费用购买微软的操作系统以及OFFCIE办公软件，要么就是采用一些开源的免费的操作系统，如Linux，以及支持这个平台的办公软件，如OPENOFFICE等等。但是，现在又遇到一个问题，他们的ERP软件只能够运行在微软的Windows操作系统上，而不支持Linux系统。操作系统到底要不要换呢?这成为了他们的一块心病。
　　若是其他的国有企业，可能不用担心这个问题。反正是国家的钱，买正版的操作软件，这个投资也算是名正言顺。不过我朋友的这家企业有所不同，我们是国有单位企业化经营。也就是说，虽然主体是国家的，但是现在已经是自负盈亏了。为此，企业老总也不愿意支付这么昂贵的一笔软件授权费用。
　　所以，现在笔者同学企业的信息部门只有一种选择，逐步换掉现有的Windows操作系统以及办公软件，采用免费的开元Linux操作系统。同时，也必须换掉现有的ERP操作系统，选择支持多平台的企业资源计划系统。
　　这不，笔者同学现在就会这事情向我诉苦，由于在当初选型的时候没有注意到这方面的内容，所以，现在ERP项目道前期工作都全功尽弃，需要从头再来。为了这件事情，让他郁闷了好多天。
　　其实，根据笔者了解，由于选型没有考虑全面，即使ERP项目在企业中上线了，但是，后来还是由于种种原因需要对ERP项目进行二次选型的案例，还是有许多的。就笔者所知，在杭州就有不下三十家的企业，有过ERP项目二次选型的经历。
　　但是，ERP软件并不像衣服，买了不合适，不穿最多就损失几百元钱。但是，对于ERP项目来说，光软件的授权费用都是几十万起步的。这还不包括实施费用、员工为这个项目所耗费的时间、精力等等。所以，在ERP项目过程中，我们要尽量避免二次选型的出现。为此，笔者把自己所了解的因为选型不当所造成的二次选型的一些案例在这里列出来，希望能够对大家有所警示。
　　一、软件不合脚，导致ERP二次选型。
　　这是一家集团型的企业，总公司在浙江，下面分别由房产、汽车、酒店等不同的分公司。当初在实施ERP项目的时候，是现在汽车公司开始的。当时由于没有经验，所以，在ERP选型的时候，没有考虑到其他企业的需求。或者说，在选型的过程中，完全是按照汽车行业的特点来选择的。一年后，ERP在这家汽车行业中，上线了。虽然说没有达到预期的效果，但是，还是取得了一些比较好的成果。两年后，集团信息部准备在全集团范围内上ERP系统。但是，现在就遇到一个问题，原来汽车公司的ERP系统是否需要沿用呢?若需要继续使用，则因为这个ERP不支持集团管理功能。
　　最后他们还是忍痛割爱，换掉了原来的ERP软件，上了一套上千万的集团型ERP系统。把他们旗下各个分公司的业务都统一到一个管理平台上来，特别是在财务上，实现了统一管理。这是一个很大的改进。
　　笔者建议：
　　现在企业规模做的越做越大。在优胜劣汰的优生法则下，越来越多的企业，开始走集团化道路。这也给信息化管理带来了一定的挑战。因为一个集团中，所涉及到的企业多种多样，而且，从服务业到制造业，行业也不同。在这种情况下，若不同的公司选择不同的ERP软件，不但会造成重复投资，而且，会人为的把各个公司划分为一个个信息孤岛。这是不符合我们信息化管理的思想的。
　　从ERP管理软件来说，集团公司在选型的时候，往往是从下面一个公司开始实施，这也是允许的。但是，一定要对后续的道路有个明确的认识。需要清楚，只是在这个公司小打小闹呢，还是需要在整个集团内推广。若是后者，则在选型的时候，就需要考虑上一些集团型的ERP项目。这不仅可以节省整体的项目成本，而且还可以把下属公司的业务放在同一个平台上进行管理，这就可以省下后续企业之间信息化集成的麻烦。特别是对于财务部门来说，这是一个天下掉下来的馅饼，可以在集团范围内，实现财务管理系统的集成。
　　所以，对于现在已经上规模的集团企业来说，若要部署ERP项目的话，在最好选择集团型的ERP软件，免得以后不得不进行二次选型。
　　二、忽视生产功能，导致ERP二次选型。
　　有一家台资企业，主要生产各种小家电。随着企业规模的日益扩大，ERP项目也被列上了日程。在选择ERP软件的时候，他们选择了一家从进销存软件转化过来的软件公司。他们提供的ERP软件，在进销存管理上，确实有独到之处。但是，可惜的是，在生产管理上，就比较欠缺。特别是在生产成本与生产排程模块上，做的不是很理想。
　　刚开始的时候，企业对于生产管理这一块管理的还不是很严，只是一些简单的单据记录。后来，他们的生产厂长换人了，请了一个有日资企业管理经验的台湾人出任生产厂长。这个时候，结果就变了。他上任后，非常重视在ERP系统中生产管理功能的实现。包括利用ERP系统来进行生产成本的统计，以及利用来实现生产排程。可惜的是，现在的ERP系统无法实现这些功能。就连生产工艺管理实现起来也是磕磕碰碰的。尝试了各种方法无法有效改善这种情况后，在这生产经理的建议下，企业更换了ERP系统。
　　笔者建议：
　　由于各个ERP软件企业其成长经历不一样，其ERP软件也各有特点。特别现在国内有不少的ERP软件公司，是直接从财务软件或者进销存软件转型过来的。所以，他们有部分软件公司转型不是很顺利，不能够完全脱离他们以前的软件设计模式。如此，他们的ERP软件就有点四不像的感觉。从表面上看，负库存不允许出货,进销存管理软件单多种打印格式，解决出货单需要结算额或不需结算额的问题。出货可支持多人同时出一张单.出货单的数量必须在配货服装管理系统的范围之内。可针对企业的实际情况进行在途管理和不进行在途管理,可针对已装电脑的服装进销存软件进行电脑扫描验货，而没装电脑的店铺进行人工收货,支持局部盘点及全局盘点多种盘点方式，自动生成进销存系统差异表, 盘点后调整库存前对所有未确认的进销存管理系统进行提示.盘点后不允许在盘点日期前插入单据，免费进销存软件保证库存的准确认性。
我国特产宝物众多,其中吉林中医|东北特产更是佼佼者,东北特产一直以来广受全国各地区人民的喜爱.其软件的功能比传统的财务软件或者进销存软件确实要强很多，有了生产管理、质量管理等功能。但是，若拨开他们的外衣，我们则会发现，很多他们所谓的功能，都只是实现了表面上的内容。如在生产管理模块中，有不少ERP软件，只是简单的实现了一些生产记录的功能，对于生产排程、生产工艺、物料需求计划等等的高级功能都没有涉及到。这种简单的生产管理，一般只对一些生产要求管理不高或者一些简单装配生产企业有用。而若用到一些有精细化生产需求的企业来说，这些ERP软件就无法胜任。
　　所以，针对一些生产型的企业来说，在选型的时候，需要考虑一些自己生产管理方面的需求，到底需要管理到何种程度。如此的话，才能够满足我们后续的生产管理的需求，防止不比要的二次选型。
　　具体的来说，我们在选型的时候，需要注意以下一些功能，这些功能比较隐蔽。
　　一是特征件、可选件管理功能。如在笔记本生产中，我们是否要在标准配置中加上鼠标，以及是采用哪种规格的鼠标等等。这些就需要通过特征件与可选件来管理。
　　二是生产排程。当生产计划需要变更时，ERP系统如何能够及时的响应，这是ERP系统管理的一个重难点之一。现在有不少的ERP系统可以实现生产任务的顺排功能，但是，但生产计划由变更的时候，如需要中间插入一个生产任务，则ERP系统不能对生产计划进行调整。也就是说，对于插单这种情况，他们的生产排程就无法应对。而这也是企业上生产排程模块期望解决的问题。
　　总之，对于有精细化生产管理的企业来说，在ERP选型的时候，需要特别注意生产管理模块的功能。因为国内的ERP软件很多都是从财务软件或者进销存软件发展起来的。故在这财务管理与进销存管理方面，已经比较完善。现在缺乏的就是在精细化生产上的突破。所以，你公司若对生产管理期望比较高的话，就请多多考察ERP系统中有关的生产功能设计，是否符合你的需求。这可以减少因为生产需求考虑不足而产生的二次选型几率。

Because according to those in the know, this year, Jack Frost is not going to have quite the same impact as usual.
Forecast: Coast weather Weather Company meteorologist Max Gonzalez said winter was set to be a little bit warmer than usual, thanks in large part to slight increases in the water temperatures of both the Indian and Pacific oceans.
“Both oceans are slightly warmer than the average so there is a 60% chance of warmer winter temperatures,” Mr Gonzalez said.
Speaking for the whole of the south-east region, Mr Gonzalez said while some places may be slightly warmer or cooler than others, on average we could look forward to a fairly mild next three months.
“For the region, I’d say we are looking at about nine degrees at night and 20 to 22 degrees during the day on average,” he said.
Which means it might be cool enough to break out the beanies and ugg boots but the heavy coats might need to wait for another year.
But a raincoat could become quite the winter fashion piece du jour, certainly for the next few days or so.
“In terms of rainfall, chances are that it will be on average or just above average for winter,” Mr Gonzalez said.
“Across the region the average is 180mm to 200mm over three months. Chances are it will either be close to that or just above that.
“It has been a very wet two months across south-east Queensland. Autumn started off very dry and then picked up in the last two months.
“As for the next week on the Sunshine Coast, you can pretty much expect it to keep raining for the whole week. There is a high over the Tasman which is pushing onshore winds across the whole eastern seaboard. So there will be showers, scattered showers for the whole week.”
